What Happens When the Caregiver Needs Care?

First published last year and not much has changed. I now have right shoulder pain because therapy in my last hospital stay made me do exercises I didn’t need. I’m typing this with one finger on my left hand.

Right now, I’m at the computer with my foot propped up on a box under the desk. I’ve just had outpatient foot surgery and I’m not supposed to walk very much or put weight on it.
